Guest Tutorial: EL Wire Light-Up Dog Harness

With the end of Daylight Savings Time and the creeping onslaught of darkness and winter and darkness, those of us with furry four-legged dependents are faced with a new set of concerns, most notably: If I can’t convince my dog that being inside all the time is better than going out in the cold, how do I at least make sure they’ll be safe on our evening walks?
