I/O Wxx Drivers

The hardware for the following boards has been designed and tested, using Wxx and the Borland C++ 3.1 compiler, producing 16-bit code. Neither Derek nor Marty have the tools to port this to a 32-bit version of Wxx, so this is an opportunity for someone who if familiar with W98, W2000, or WNT to do what we simply cannot do.
